Author Michael Pollan was on The Colbert Report. If your unfamiliar with either, you should get acquainted. I highly suggest you read both In Defense Of Food and The Omnivore's Dilemma by Michael Pollan, both are on my list of favs. I have edited the video to only play the interview with Pollan, but you can watch The Colbert Report in it's entirety on Hulu.
