Global Home Warming.

If I wanted to be extreme, I would be telling you that we have given up our air conditioner this summer. But remember I'm not trying to make my family miserable, I only want to inspire change. So since our move we have been keeping the thermostat at a warm 78 degrees. This one change is estimated to save 121 pounds of carbon dioxide a year for each degree you adjust your thermostat. Try explaining that to a five year old who is sweating while he sleeps. This leads to another change, since it is so warm at night the kids have been sleeping without PJ's. This has lightened my laundry load and I'm quite happy about that.
